So I’ve gone from postbox red, to straw yellow, back to ginger in a matter of days. Feels good to be back as a ginge, red was too much hard work!

Today has been a happy day. I have got an interview at Northumbria University on Feb 15th. Can’t believe how quickly they got back to me, I only sent my application a week ago! Booked the time off work - made up some story that I’m sure will come back to haunt me one day. All kinds of excited.
Looking forward to getting out of this rut that I’ve found myself in at the minute. All I seem to do is eat, work, sleep, repeat. I’ve lost interest in so many things that I loved before. I’m going to get my sewing machine going at the weekend, I also need to practice some line drawings - I’m not very good…
I’m also part way through Pride and Prejudice, shamefully I’ve never made it all the way though this book, and it looks like I’m still a long way off as I’m reading it off my Kindle app, it hurts my eyes! I’ll have to dig out my paperback copy from the study. It’s hard to curl up in bed with your laptop… sometimes the old things are the best…
